Michael Graves is a dedicated public service and program management professional with more than 20 years of experience in criminal justice, investigations, child welfare, and community-based program leadership. He currently serves as an Investigator with the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, where he specializes in complex investigations, gang-related crimes, and high-profile cases, and regularly collaborates with law enforcement, prosecutors, and community stakeholders.
Michael’s background also includes leadership roles in probation and parole, child welfare services, and project management, with extensive experience supervising diverse teams, developing programs, and engaging communities to improve public safety and quality of life. He brings to the board deep expertise in strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Palomar Community College.
