Wes Anderson is an experienced business and operations leader with over 20 years of executive management experience in retail, logistics, and consumer goods industries. He currently serves as General Manager for Love’s Travel Stops, where he oversees multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and team development across complex business lines.

Wes has held senior leadership roles with FedEx Office and Sara Lee Bakery Group, driving operational efficiency, sales growth, workforce development, and financial accountability. He brings to the board strong expertise in financial stewardship, organizational leadership, and strategic decision-making, and is committed to supporting mission-driven organizations through effective governance and sustainable growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
