As supported by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), WPT provides client-centered HIV prevention and early intervention services designed to reduce transmission and improve health outcomes. CTR services include comprehensive pre- and post-test counseling and HIV risk assessment, delivered in confidential and culturally responsive settings.
